THE HOUSE

Ararat Summit Energy FZCO is a DMCC-licensed petroleum-products trading house based in Dubai, established 2025.

We source crude oil and refined products at origin and bring them to international buyers through Dubai — a regulated free-zone seat for contracting, banking and settlement. Our discipline is simple: back-to-back trades, independent inspection, and transparent settlement on every cargo.

Who we are

Ararat Summit Energy FZCO is a petroleum-products trading house licensed by the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) and established in 2025. We operate from the DMCC free zone — a regulated, internationally recognised seat for commodity trade, contracting and banking.

As a new house, we trade with the conservatism the market rewards: back-to-back structures, independent inspection on quality and quantity, and transparent settlement. We are deliberately focused — crude oil, bitumen and refined products — and we intend to build our reputation one cargo at a time.

Crude oil is the heart of our business. We originate and supply crude grades to refiners and trading counterparties, structuring each transaction back-to-back so that purchase and sale are matched from load port to delivery.

Cargoes are documented to international trade standards, with quantity and quality confirmed by independent inspection at the agreed points before funds change hands.

Bitumen & Asphalt

We supply penetration-grade bitumen and asphalt for road construction and infrastructure, in bulk and packed forms suited to the destination market.

As a heavy, specification-sensitive product, bitumen rewards careful handling — and we contract it with the same inspection and settlement discipline as every other line.
